I have a norton protected recycle bin (Norton Internet Security 2004) on Windows XP.

Is there a way of putting some kind of protection - e.g. a password on the recycle bin to either prevent others from deleting files or prevent them from emptying the recycle bin?

You could install the XP tweaks and remove the recycle bin from the desktop...

    Just a thought,
