    Red ERROR message

Upon start up my windows 7 operating system on my asus laptop will not load and goes to a white screen. In the upper top of the screen is a message in red letters that reads, "meet error" and beginning at the left side is the word ERROR in full caps splashed across the screen. I have tried safe mode, repair and everything else to fix this but ultimately it all goes back to the white screen. Can anyone help me?

Try chkdsk /r from an elevated command prompt.

Also, the brand, model & model # of your computer will be useful.

But, this is probably a hard disk drive error. Check with ASUS for warranty coverage.
