I'm trying to reduce some ram-cram. When I hit control alt delete, there's a stack of programs running. I know what a few of them are..but there are a bunch of them I don't know about. How can I tell which file is from which software program?

Some require you disable autostart from within that program but most can be found by going to Start>Run and typing 'msconfig', [enter]. Choose the Startup tab.
Also check Start>Programs>Start Up
