Go to Start>>Control Panel>>Add or Remove Programs
Uninstall any of the following programs that appear in the list:

    Viewpoint Manager

Please download VundoFix.exe to your Desktop
Double-click VundoFix.exe and click the Scan for Vundo button
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button. Click Yes when prompted to remove the files found
Your Desktop may go blank for a moment. Click OK when prompted to shut down your computer
    Turn your computer back on
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt along with a new HijackThis log

Save The Avenger to your Desktop

Copy the contents of the following box to your clipboard:
Run The Avenger and click OK
Select Input script manually and click the magnifying glass icon
In the View/edit script box, right-click and choose Paste
Click Done. Press the button with a picture of a green light
Choose Yes when prompted to execute the script and click Yes when asked to reboot your computer
Post the contents of the file C:\Avenger.txt along with a new HijackThis log

I can't seem to find my clipboard. I can find the clip board viewer.

I tried the Avenger and I got an error that says "selected file does not appear to be a valid script"

Run HijackThis and click Do a system scan only
Put a checkmark next to each of the following entries that appear:

    O2 - BHO: ATLDistrib Object - {93C6313C-9DB4-4694-8BD0-E378C573A9AD} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ljjij.dll (file missing)
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: ljjij - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ljjij.dll (file missing)

Click Fix Checked and exit HijackThis

Restart your computer and let me know if you're still having any problems.

Well, I did all that and it's still running slow. Do I need to delete all the downloads you had me put on? What about a defrag? Would that help?

    Thanks

    Lisa

    Save KillBox to your Desktop

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows DLL Loader] C:\WINDOWS\DLLLOADRS.EXE
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\bin\jusched.exe
    O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Reader Speed Launch.lnk = C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\reader_sl.exe

Click Fix Checked and exit HijackThis

Run KillBox and select Delete on Reboot
Copy this list of file locations to your clipboard:
