    Hello,

What is the simplest way of creating an area where the images would change every time the page is refreshed? XHTML and HTML are used.

Use a php script. Do a search on rotate and php and several free ones will come up in Google.

You could also do this with javascript. Have a script which calls a random photo each time the page is loaded. Again, google is your friend. Lots of stuff out there.
Personally I think the PHP option is better.

you would do much better using php to do this. Dont rely on JS as some people dont have it enabled. It only needs a REALLY simple php script to do this, PM me if you want one writing for it.
