The specs that you submitted appear to be to a Dell OptiPlex GX620.

Is that the model name and model number of that Dell?

What's the 7-character "service tag" number on it?

Where did you buy it from?

If it was legitimately refurbished, there should be 2 Certificate-Of-Authenticity stickers on it:

    1. The original COA sticker - which should have the original product key crossed out

    2. The refurbished COA sticker - which should have the refurbished product key

If you are talking about the Windows registration number, it is a 25 digit code in 5 groups of 5 and is usually on the bottom or back of the machine.

According to service tag number 4GK9W91, that computer is a Dell OptiPlex GX620 Mini Tower model.

It originally shipped in April 2006 in the United States and came with Windows XP Professional SP2 installed.

    Kit, Software, Overpack, WXPPSP2BCDWD, English

LABEL..., CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY..., WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL..., V#2004

The original COA sticker will show the Windows version that was originally installed and may have its 25-character product key crossed out and obscured.

The refurbished COA sticker will show the Windows version that was installed when it was refurbished and will have the 25-character product key for it.

If you need to activate Windows XP after you set up that computer for the first time, you need to use the product key on the refurbished sticker.
