Can somebody please reccomend a good registry cleaning software for XP?

I had aprogram that contained a browser hijacker and I want to make sure that all traces are gone.

    Thanks.

I've been using RegSeeker 1.06 (free) as part of my "I can live without paying for Norton now" suite of free applications and it works for me. Unfortunately I can't find a link for it now by googling or from within the prog... :(
I hope it's not gone off to pasture.
The comparison chart on the Registry First Aid program's site is enlightening. I've never used that one, just passing it on FYI.

Registry Crawler will allow you to type in the program name in a search box, and will bring up every reference to the program from the registry. You can then delete. Has option for backup, etc.

I like RegSeeker also, I find it good for looking for a particular item
    For a general clean-up I use RegCleaner. (y)

Beg pardon? If you mean my sig, I put it in there thinking that we could have graphics in the sig, but apparently I was wrong.

Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions.
