registry smart

    Is registry smart a good progam to use?

    Thank you both for responding. I was trying to get some info on it because my daughter downloaded it thinking she should. She just got the computer last week and was trying unsuccessfully to install java, needed with limewire. I have already advised her that limewire is not a good program to have and explained about paying vs sharing. Now she's asking about napster. I'm trying to lead her down the right road. I've told her that I will not help with any p2p share programs. Gave her links to legit download sites.

    It's best to not change entries in the registry unless you know what you're doing. Glad to see someone trying to steer another person away from P2P programs. :)

    No need for a Registry Utility....they can be dangerous if you don't know what your doing...,

    Thats good.....I don't use Registry programs like tha one....Windows has a Utility if required.
