Hello I have been having some problems with my PC. At random times(usually on desktop/browser) my computer just randomly freezes up. I am unable to do ctrl + alt + delete and sometimes even caps lock. These freezes usually last from 10 seconds - 1 minute. I am almost positive it is no virus/adware/malware. These freezes started about a month after I built my PC (Win8). I have tried all the normal solutions but none seem to work. When I installed Windows 10 they temporarily stopped but were soon to start up again a few days later.
