I am selling my Windows 10 Notebook and I want to delete all of my information. I have the Windows 10 installation disk, is it possible to reinstall Windows without submitting my personal information, email account etc? Ideally like a factory reset condition when the new user is presented to input his/her own personal data on the first boot.

Of course, just select to use a local account during the setup instead of a Microsoft account and it will create an old fashioned local account with no of your personal information. Or shutdown it down when it gets to the point where it asks for user info.

When ever I do as stated above, the account name I use is "MakeANewAccount".
This way the new owner should get the message to make their own account and then delete the one you provided.
