I have Windows 2000 and have been working with Microsoft Online Tech Support to solve some problems. I sent them an MPS Report and they told me they noticed many Norton Internet Security Service service related error messages. They told me to temporarily uninstall the Norton Internet Security program. I did so, and they have now told me to reinstall it. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS. All I see on the Symantec website is "purchase" and if I call them they want to charge me for tech support. Can someone help me? When you reply, please understand that I am computer illiterate.
