I am receiving emails that I don't want. How do I decline delivery, bounce(?), reject them? I have office 2003 and am using outlook 2003.

Outlook itself will not "bounce" emails, and you should think hard before doing so with any add-ons such as mailwasher which can do this.

Many "unwanted" emails are spam, which can often be sent using a spoofed (but real) address, when in reality they have come from elsewhere. Bouncing them will cause untold worry for the real email address holder who has had their address "hijacked" by a spammer.

For spam (unwanted advertising) emails, the senders usually never check the address from which they are sent, so bouncing them back just chews up internet bandwidth for nothing, which costs all of us in terms of $ and performance.
