I have had Spybot installed for many months but seldom run it. The other day I decided to do so. Since then I have been bombarded with an identical window warning on practically every new screen that I bring up. Here's what it says:

    "Spybot- S & D Resident
Spybot - S & D reports that you want to download "Avenue A, Inc.". This is a known threat. Do you want to BLOCK this download?"

I, of course, say "Yes" and the window disappears but, like I just said, it pops right up again whenever I bring up a new screen. I don't know what this "Avenue A, Inc.", I never heard of it before, and I don't understand why answering their query once shouldn't be sufficient. Any ideas?

In SpyBot S&D, go to Immunize > "Permanently Running Bad Download blocker" section.

    Select "Block all pages silently".

    Cheers,
