Good evening,

Can anyone suggest some software that I can use so that I can troubleshoot another computer in another country. I am in Canada and I need to troubleshoot a pc in England. Does anyone know of a way I can connect to fix issues on that other pc? My computer has XP on and other other one has Vista. Does remote desktop work for this? If anyone can suggest a program or any other way of doing this I would really appreciate it.

Thank you.

If the Vista computer is Business or Ultimate you could use Remote Desktop. Another good solution would be to use one of the many free VNC applictions out there. I use UltraVNC.

Another good option if the person you are helping is at there PC is Zolved. It is a no brainer setup.
