I need help identifying, locating and removing embedded content in my system. Someone has managed to gain access to my system remotely bouncing from account to account. I have found several docs relating to this, but have no clue how to get it out of my system. Keep in mind please, I don't know a whole lot about computers, but would appreciate some help. Thank you
