Remove blue bar above post in Google Blogger

Hi,
I hope someone can help.
On my blog posts there is a blue bar that runs across the top of the post.

I have tried everything I can find. I have removed header bar I have turned off Nav Bar

I have edited the html and set both nav bar and header bar to "locked='false'
but nothing has helped.

I really want to get rid of it.

Remove your prevent right click script so we can analyse the code.

Code is removed.
The way I understand it though is that the resolution lies in the set up of the blog template because it is in every page it is not a problem specific to a single page.

 

The easy way is put this in your custom css

.header-outer {
    display: none;
}

Now, how do I get rid of the space above the Post.
I'd like the post to start at the top of the window.

Try adding !important to that definition. If you want help disable your right click code.
