remove mesh from photos

    Can anyone tell me how to remove the mesh bars from this photo..I've tried with photo impact and just made a right mess up of it..there must be an easier way....

    Can't really take them out and if you did it would be quite noticeable.

    Basically you use the clone tool. I cut a hole in the fence with Photoshop – most clone tools work the same way.

    Thanks slipe...I must be brain dead or something... been using the tools to cut away then fill...should have gone to clone first off..

    As you have taken the time and worked on the most difficult bit for me I'll save what you have done and work from there....

    I'm still learning how to use the tools in the edit menus in jasc and impact... using different photos I took at the zoo on Saturday as practise..If I can improve I have some Tiger shots I want to print...a lot easier ( safer ) than close ups through the wires....:D

    The image is probably too small to mess with. The effort would be better spent on the original. Probably easier with more pixels as well. The baby’s nose is going to be a challenge.

    I jazzed it up a little with the histogram (levels) and sharpened it a little. Might not want to do that with the original as you can show it larger and don’t need the features enhanced as much.
