Greetings to all. I just bought a machine which has windows 10. after some time, the keyboard completely stopped working. After two days of serious stress i managed to have it working again. now i wish to completely remove it and install reinstall windows seven which i have used for years, but my computer refuses to take windows seven. is there a way out?
    Thanks for your help

You do not say exactly what you mean by your computer refuses to take Windows 7
Neither indeed do you even tell us what make and model your computer is
It is however very likely that a new computer bought just recently will indeed not install Windows 7
Many of the recent processors and chipsets will not accept 7
It is a dying OS - end of service life is just a year away

Many of the problems on windows 10 are caused by the use of third party Anti Viruses
Many new computers come with a free trial of such
It should be uninstalled and the included Windows Defender which on 10 is a full AV and anti spyware.

Other problems are caused by the use of other third party tools such as system boosters and registry cleaners to name just two.

If you want further help post the full details of the make and model of the computer and send a copy of the info in the white box when you run this, our system information utility

Copy the info and paste it to your reply

W hen you reply please type in the window that appears after this post, not by clicking reply on my post, as that will quote all of this back to me
