Hello, I have a windows 2000 server domain network. I have a user that is having many user logon issues. I need tto remove her from the user list and start over. I know when you go into users and computers snap in, and just delete her, it would cause other issues. I also want to make sure I do not lose her documents and everything that is stored under her profile folder. Any ideas to what I need to do to completely remove a user from win2k?

Backup her profile or extract the needed files from it and create a new user. Restore the files, then delete the old account.

Unless the account is roaming windows will not delete the profile.
