    Hi,

this is probably an easy questin, but can't find anything on google.

    Solaris 9 - bash shell.

How do I remove a directory from the $PATH variable? For example, see below, I want to remove the /usr/sbin directory. thanks!

    echo $PATH
    /usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin
