Is there a way to remove or bypass the prompt to enter your networking password when you boot? (I use Win98)

If your at home or work and not on a network, this would eliminate the logon box ....

Start>Settings>ControlPanel>Network. At the bottom in the box labeled "Primary Network Logon" select "Windows Logon" and click on OK. Follow the prompts ......
