I tried to remove One Note 2003 since I didn't have a key (even though it came preloaded with my laptop), and this is the error I get. How do I remove it?

I wish I could help you, but I agree, would love to remove it from the laptop, if anyone knows why it is on a Toshiba or how to activate it or remove it, please help. And what is it? it takes up a lot of room.

Try to remove it in safe mode.
If that doesn't work, try on the left of add/remove programs window where it says add/remove windows components (may not be there).
If these options won't work, try getting CCleaner and using the tools option to remove the program.
One note should have had a key come with the computer on a piece of paper about the size of a CD case stating "Important, Do Not Discard."
    You can get CCleaner here
