How do you drill a stripped screw embedded in a door? And what kind of drill? Or is there another tool that can be used to remove the screw?

    Hello there!

If the screw is stripped out, why could you not pull it out with your fingers or a pair of pliers?

You may have tried that already; I just thought I would ask. :)
