Removing Trojan:DOS/Alureon.E from Win 7

    have Windows 7 64-bit on a HP Desktop. Microsoft Security Essentials has alerted me that I have Removing Trojan: DOS/Alureon.E. It is located on:
    boot:\Device\HarddiskVolume4
    MSE fails to remove it because: Error code 0x800704ec.

    Security Essentials encountered the following error: Error code 0x800704ec. This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator.

    Category: Trojan

    Description: This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.

    Recommended action: Remove this software immediately.
