Just noticed, since the last Win 10 Pro, latest version, update , I cannot rename New Folders in Documents or on Desktop, is there a solution to this, I get a pop up " can't find the specified file" and "the file or folder does not exist'
I have done sfc /scannow, and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, which haven"t resolved the problem,
I any help would be appreciated. Mermaid

Thank you all for replies, Win 10 Pro, Windows Feature Experience Pack, 120.2202.1300 (2004) and it certainly would be better to do a complete reinstall, thank you all again for answers.
