Hey guys, so I have a USB External Boot that I use to repair computers, and it is customize for my custom needs. The problem is the External is no longer properly booting, but it still have all of the files and associations. I think the MBR or the Boot Loader is damaged but I do not know how to repair it, is there a utility used to repair external devices such as Boot-Repair-Disk for external devices instead of the current internal hard drive? Thanks a ton guys and gals!

It is not clear to me if you mean you have an external optical drive that you use to boot repair CDs or you have a bootable USB stick with tools on it that you use to repair computers.
