By using the OS disc and doing a [format] you will not solve the pblm. The pblm is a hardware pblm

Your bios isn't seeing the cdrom drive. Is it connected? Is it working?

usb is large enough. Has all the content of the disk ( 700mb). I get disk error when trying to boot. Usb is formated to fat
