In Homer Alaska, there is an Internet provider as Horizon. They provide service to my neighbor up on the hill about 1/4 mile from me. I live down in a hole and have no line of sight to Horizon but can see very clearly my neighbor who will give me access through his connection if that is possible?? Can I connect a repeater to his antenna/system/network and relay the connection down to my house? If possible do you know of a brand I should look into? Thanks for your time in this matter

You need to first consult Horizon to see if this is permissible or violates their terms of service. If it is allowed, they may have advice on how to implement it.

Will it be 100% legal and permissible? Probably not (tm), but its your decision, Im just providing an alternative and its not my responsibility, if you do decide to do whatever. (thats my disclaimer)

As an alternative, satellite Internet is available in some countries also.
