Hello!
Working from home, I've discovered that my Corei7, 10th generation Lennox PC is having some trouble with the Citrix remote desktop. I can get logged in, but it is super slow, and sometimes 'freezes' if I have more than one application open for too long (outlook, adobe, Webex, excel, etc) What is the best way to resolve this issue? (see poll)
Specific actions/computer recommendations greatly appreciated

I need to resolve this quickly, please advise. (P.S. No, I cannot choose a different provider than Citrix)

I've deleted the poll as it's best to have users contribute their thoughts as replies. That way you get a better explanation.

If you're using a thin client, you need to contact your company's IT department. There really isn't much processing that happens on your end. Most of it is happening at the data center. So either the terminal server at the data center is being overwhelmed by the shear number of users connecting in or it's a network issue somewhere between the server and all the remote clients.
