Are you running Windows 11? The specifications for the AMD Radeon™ RX 6600 XT Graphics Card only list 64 Bit versions of Windows 11 as the supported OS.

I will merge the old account into the new one and then rename it Rebelbrighton. That way you will keep the say login credentials as the new account you created.
That may be a problem. The launch date for that graphics card is 8/11/2021 and the specs say it supports 64 Bit Windows 11. There is no mention of Windows 10 support.
