Replacement Graphics Cards Not Working

Ok I got the new power supply and it is still not working someone told me I might need windows 11

Yea so the same thing is happening it turned on the. One fan goes off and it stayed black screen I got the 750w power supply I have no idea what to do plz keep on trying to help me something has to work eventually tho if we can't figure it out in about like a week and a half I will have to return the GPU so plz try to hurry 😭

Make sure any power socket(s) on the new graphics card are connected to the new power supply.
Do the same for the motherboard.

You should see something on the screen when you switch the PC on.
