Is there a way to replicate files or directories between two windows 2000 advanced server machines? Just to make sure I made myself clear enough, say I create a folder on server 1 called XMAS. Can I set it up so any changes made to this folder would replicate to Server 2?

Definately....directory replication has been a part of Windoze servers since 4.0 It also has a feature called active directory. Go into help and look for replication. It's fairly easy to set up.
