I have Outlook 2003 set to block all linked graphics in incoming e-mails. I run into a problem if I try to reply (with original message included in the reply) or forward such a message. The dialog box in the attached picture pops up and prevents me from forwarding or sending a reply. I don't understand why Outlook needs to download the graphics before it will let me send. Can't it just include the link as it exists in the original message?

Is there any way to around this, short of actually downloading the pictures? I'd settle for sending the message as plain text with the pictures stripped out.
