1. How can I find my Windows 10 version ?

I think it was 2004 and got some heavy updates over a year

2. Today I created a Windows 10 bootable USB using Media Creation Tool

but when I boot from that USB, there is no option to reset Windows 10. Is it because I am using a different version of Windows 10 ?

Is it possible to reset my current Windows 10 ( as is, no upgrades please ) ?

-- This machine has some junk installed over a year. I want to start afresh, but due to some constraints can't format it at the moment. Resetting is the most lucrative option available to me, but not sure how to do it, even though I have a working Windows 10 USB. Thanks.

JKLE:

We know nothing about that computer, other than it's running Windows 10, so please do the following in it:

Download and save the tsginfo.exe file.
After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
Information about that computer will appear.
Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.
