I am unable to answer that
If the message you get asks for a password, then it is very likely that you will need a password to uninstall or alter it
I still say ask your company IT
this is now verging on breaking our rules so is now closed.
I wasn,t asking anyone to break any rules.
A simple pointer toward,"http://www.extendoffice.com/documents/outlook/1898-outlook-rest-to-factory-settings.html", would have done the trick. I managed to find this advice on ,"Kutools for Outlook". (You might want to add this tip for other users).
Thanks again for your help.
