Trying to reset my PC has been a problem for me the past couple of days. I’ve tried countless times trying to reset my PC, but nothing seems to be working. When I try to reset my PC, it says “Preparing”, but afterwards it says “Undoing Changes”. When I get back to the desktop, it gives me a message saying “There was a problem resetting your PC, no changes were made.” I’ve even researched online and using command prompts, but nothing has worked. Please help! Thank you in advanced.

Go download MS Media Creation Tool. Use it to generate a DVD or USB stick. If you are trying to keep your data, that open the media created and click Setup and select Upgrade install. If you are trying to do a clean install, then boot with the media and select Custom Install
