Have a look at the file I sent. At the bottom of the picture you'll see a addon that runs everytime I launch my browser. I can't figure out how to disable this. Any ideas? Thanks for the help

You appear to have one of those wonderful BHO's (Browser Helper Objects). Easiest way to remove would be to download both Ad-Aware 6 and Spybot S&D. Both companies that make these products have targeted such organisations that use BHO's (particularly Lop.com).
If you want to read about it more go here -

    Best of luck :)

Go to http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php#det , and download, unzip and run 'Hijack This!'.

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button, Click "Save Log" and save the log somewhere, then copy and paste it in a reply.

    Go here,

    http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/

and download startuplist 1.51 and also download SpyBot Search and Destroy v1.1 Rel 4. Once this is done, run the startuplist program and copy and paste the results into a reply to this thread. You will probably need the spybot after we see the start up list.

    Hi Cadeau

    Yes that's the lop.com toolbar

Spybot will take care of that

    Please Download and install SpyBot,

    http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/

click the online tab to search for and download the updates, then shut down and relaunch SpyBot.

Go to the Settings tab > File Sets, and uncheck 'System Internals' and 'Tracks' .
These aren't needed for our present purpose, and you can always experiment with them later on.

Finally, after closing down Internet Explorer, click 'Check for problems', and have SpyBot remove all it finds 'Fix selected problems'

you may have to run spybot more than once to clear everything

    Remove everything pre-ticked in Red
