    When online I've noticed that most pictures(photos that is) are blurry. I first noticed on the eBay gallery, thinking they were lousy photos, but then noticed they were on all sites I was looking at. What to do? I use Windows 98 -2nd edition- Suzy

    [tsg=welcome] Welcome, Suzy! [/tsg]

    If you are using any accelerator software from your ISP, try deactivating it. These ("surf at broadband speeds") programs work by caching pages and compressing images, thus giving the illusion of a faster connection. The problem is that the compressed images are of really poor quality.

    Try a different monitor or Try re-seting your screen resolution.
