I made a copy of an accounting program for a friend and when she got it home she couldn't see any of the files on the CD. I made another one....same thing. We changed her folder options to show all files and extensions. Still nothing. Works fine on my computer. The only thing that shows up for her is autorun and something called UDFREADER. Anyone? Please.

Her drive can't read your burned cd's.
Supposedly she should be able to install the reader and then have access to the files.

But I've given her CD's before and they worked.

How can this reader be installed? Where do I get it?

Not a burning expert. Did you finalize the cd when you burned it

Other thing would be for her to run the udfreader file, it should install and she should be able to access the files, although a little slow in my experience.

Where's slipe(the burner guy) when ya need em

Yes it worked!!! She ran the UDFreader.exe file and when she rebooted she could see everything. Apparently it is because I used Roxio software to burn the CD. They kindly provided the universal reader and now she can see everything. Thank you.
