Suddenly the vertical scroll bar in the device manager box will not remain in the bottom position. When I scroll down to the bottom, it jumps back up again even when I hold the scroll bar with the mouse. What is causing this?

Does it do this only in the device manager window or in all windows, if only the device window I would suspect a virus.

Yes, it's only in Device Nanager but there have been a lot of other strange little happenings lately. Diligently use Norton. I will double check again. Thanks

I ran Pitstop and it found "malicious script" which I removed. It appears to have cured the problem. Magic??? Wish I knew enough to understand what happened.
