I have an illegal operation

DW caused an invalad page fault in module DW.EXE at
0167:0043be7c.

From the first link above it seems you have Spyware on your system ...

Go here

http://www.spywareinfo.com

D/L Spybot Search & Destroy. This should locate any offending items for you to get rid of.

Then back on the first site above there is a link to Kazaalite - the Spyware free version.
