Lately, every time I want to print a page, my printer first runs
through the head cleaning process before switching to print
mode and carrying out the requested print job. This occurs every
time I use the printer... am I correct in thinking the cleaning cycle
needs to be reset ? ....and if so, how do I go about doing this?

Hi Birdog2,Not sure how you reset the cleaning cycle, but i can get you to the utility tab to check for errors.Go to Start>Settings>control panel>click on printers>right click on your default printer, click on properties>Click on the utility tab.Theres a utility there that will check for errors, click that and see if you get any error messages.

Uninstall then reinstall the printer driver software. The cleaning wastes ink which is expensive. CouldnÂ’t be good for the heads either.
