While loading Windows98 the progress window showed loading Hardware and Plug and Play devices. Immediately there was the Blue Screen of Death message Fatal Exception OE0028:26453534 and system was locked. Don't know whats the problem. Can anybody help

Thanks for the welcome and thanks for the information. I've checked that website and, although it has a multitude of "Fatal error" entries, there wasn't anything regarding my particular problem.
    Thanks again

Sorry for taking so long to answer. Your suggestion worked perfectly. I replaced the keyboard with an old spare and "Hooray", it worked.
I appreciate your help, I didn't have a clue as to what was wrong and never considered the keyboard. Guess I need to buy a new one.
    Thanks again

Outstanding; it was nearly unique error message with respect to the numbers. Glad to have found a 'hit' on the web for you. You're most welcome for the help.
