Hi I just started using HT for spyware, I've been using spybot and adaware for a long time to keep things clean. This most recent one was coming up as a vx2 in Spysweeper, but I couldn't just delete the file. I ran the Uninst.exe file that one of the mods posted here. Anyways, here's my log. I appreciate the help!! :D

Hi and thanks for the response!

I think I was able to take care of the problem of the vx2 spyware. I just booted into safemode after running another round of Adaware and Spybot tests. Found the file listed in the windows/system32 that had a series of jumbled letters (obviously not an MS file) and deleted it. Running clean now.

Of course, it also helps that I've ditched IE for Firefox. ;)

    Thanks again.
