There are a couple of things I don't like the look of

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LSZG] C:\WINDOWS\LSZG.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [94257754.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\94257754.exe

I suggest that you download and run lspfix before you do anything else though

Restart Hijack This and put a check mark against the following:

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LSZG] C:\WINDOWS\LSZG.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [94257754.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\94257754.exe

    And click Fix Checked

It would be worth updating your AV and running a full scan
