Somehow, months ago, I made the Network Neighborhood feature of my Windows 98 system go away. Now I need to access files at work from my home machine and I don't have the feature I need. I still have "Network" under the Control Panel, and I have configured the dialog box there, but when I dial in to my work system, I have no network folder to access.

How can I get Network Neighborhood to come back?

Did you hide it using tweakui, go to start/settings/control panel/tweakui/desktop settings and uncheck. If that's not it the only way to get it back is to reinstall client for msnetworks

I must have used tweakui, because that was the solution, Brian. Thanks!
