Hey, I want to reformat, I think i have a virus, and i want a freash start. I want to boot from cd (I have done this before) but my PC will not boot from the CD, it skips that whole step. And if i hit F12 it won't go to set up menu.

    What can i do?

is F12 how you get into bios
If not - go into bios and change the boot order - or enable the CD to boot.

if F12 is the entry to bios - post the make / model / windows version of your PC
