Normally you just delete/pause/resume...etc your document, but it is just stuck there...I even tried to uninstall the printer so I could reinstall it but it says I can't do that because it is waiting to print something....ugh!! What do I do to get rid of that one job??
    Thanks.

    Hiya

Where's the document? If it was a Word, etc, have you closed it down? If so, just try opening it up again, and see if that helps.

Also, have you made sure that the paper in the printer isn't jammed, and that the ink hasn't run out?

These are common issues that could be the cause. I assume its not a networked printer.

    Regards

No, I was trying to print a photo on a brand new printer...I figured out what to do though....restart the computer! That was the only way to get rid of it! I only wished I had figured that out 8 hours earlier!!
    Thanks!
