    Hiya

Is this the only program with this error? have you tried all other programs just to see? Does the word WinWord ever appear? I assume that you've tried uninstalling then re-installing?

Lets see whats behind the scenes. Go to Run and type MSINFO32
On the left choose Software Enviroment, then Startup Programs. Copy/paste the list here. If you cannot, Action | Save as Text file and copy/paste that way.

    Regards

    Hiya

Gonna get this solved, but in the meantime I see you have this:

    b3dUpdate c:\windows\bde\update\zupdate.exe -silent -p "c:\windows\bde\update" -s setup.cab

    "Brilliant Digital Projector
A player for 'rich media' advertising. Similar to Onflow.
Advertising: yes, in that the Projector shows adverts on sites that use it; it does not add other adverts to unrelated sites.

    Privacy issues: none known.

Security issues: yes. The Projector is capable of downloading new components and updates silently.

Stability problems: some reports of crashes and slowdown whilst using the software. Not too surprising: the Projector has 3D functions, which are always liable to cause problems with dodgy graphics cards and driver versions.

Distribution: downloadable from Brilliant's own site, which looks legitimate. However, it is also stealth-installed by newer versions of KaZaA, maybe others.

    Removal
'Add/Remove Programs' for 'B3d Projector' removes the software, though a few files and registry entries are left behind which you may wish to clean up manually. (eg. C:\WINDOWS\BDE.)"

Also, in case you didn't install this and it appeared without you knowing, go to Tools | Internet Options. Advanced tab. Under Browsing, untick Enable Install on Demand. Apply and OK.

    Regards
