    Restart Hijack this

Put a checkmark against the folllowing:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = localhost
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RDLL] RunDll16.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

    O4 - Global Startup: KODAK Software Updater.lnk = C:\Program Files\Kodak\KODAK Software Updater\7288971\Program\backWeb-7288971.exe

    Click Fix Checked

    Restart your computer

do a search for RunDll16.exe, right click and delete
do a search for ScvH0ST.exe right click and delete

update your anti virus, temporaily disable system restore and run a FULL scan

reenable System restore when you are satisfied the virus has been removed
